All LSU AgCenter faculty and staff now have access to the SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This platform serves as a central hub and offers a wide range of professional development opportunities, including leadership academies, critical skills courses (like conflict management and team dynamics), and other resources to support personal and professional growth.

Access is managed through the Louisiana Employees Online (LEO) platform using your assigned H-number.

To access login information, follow the instructions on the drop down below.

SuccessFactors Learning Website


  • Go to SuccessFactors Learning and select Sites → Login.
  • Click Sign In.
  • Enter your LSU AgCenter email address.
  • Select Forgot Password.
  • Check your inbox for an email from:
    SAP Cloud Identity Services No Reply (ias@notifications.sap.com) - Subject: “How to reset your password”
  • Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
  • Try logging in with your new password.

    • Log in to your SuccessFactors account.
    • From the homepage, select the “Browse Library” drop-down menu.
    • You can:
    • Browse by category (e.g., Professional Development, Customer Service, Supervising, etc.), or
    • Browse all courses.
    • Choose the course topic you want to enroll in.
    • Click “Start Course” to begin.
