Meet Your Administrative Coordinator for Lincoln Parish

Hi, and welcome to the Lincoln Parish LSU AgCenter Extension website!

My name is Melissa Hale, and I serve as the Administrative Coordinator for our office. While I wear many hats each day, my favorite one is being able to serve and help others. Whether you're calling with a question, stopping by the office, or looking for information about one of our programs, I'm always happy to help point you in the right direction. Being a friendly face and a helpful resource for our community is one of the most rewarding parts of my job!

A Few Fun Facts About Me

• Most Important to Me: Jesus is my Savior and my best friend. I am nothing without His grace and mercy.
• Favorite Colors: Green and Blue
• Favorite Candy: Saltwater Taffy, Laffy Taffy, Now & Later.
• Favorite Animal: Dachshunds! I have two of my own, one red and one black and tan.
• Favorite Store: Hobby Lobby
• Favorite Thing to Do: Travel around to local and distant places to see Christmas Lights in December! (I love Christmas Lights)
• Fun Random Fact: I'm a huge One Tree Hill fan and have met almost the entire cast! I visit Wilmington, North Carolina whenever I can, and what started as a love for the show has turned into friendships with some truly amazing people from around the world. Many of those friends have become family, and I cherish every opportunity to visit and stay connected with them.

I genuinely love serving the people of Lincoln Parish and representing the LSU AgCenter. Most of all, I enjoy getting to know and assist the wonderful people who make our community so special.
