Junior Leadership Conference (JLC) is a three-day, overnight conference for Louisiana 4-H members in grades 8-12 (ages 14+) to develop leadership skills. Planned and led by the Louisiana 4-H Executive Board, the event uses interactive sessions, team challenges, and hands-on tracks to teach skills in areas like communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution. Participants learn leadership qualities and competencies, engage in service learning, and meet other 4-H members from across the state.
