4-H University - June 2027

Louisiana State University

Each summer, Louisiana 4-H members in grades 8–12 (as of 8/1/26) come together for 4-H University—a one-of-a-kind experience that blends competition, learning, and leadership. With over 30+ contests like Public Speaking, Fishing Sports, Fashion Revue, and Automotive Care, youth put their skills to the test while building teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Beyond contests, participants explore future careers through Clover College—hands-on workshops that connect passions to college and career opportunities. Youth leave inspired, prepared, and ready to bring new ideas back to their communities. At 4-H University, young people don’t just compete—they discover their strengths, grow as leaders, and prepare for the future.
