  • Authenticate and record consent, manage enrollment, and honor opt-out requests.
  • Respond to your requests and provide support for the SMS Service.

Legal Bases/Authority

We process your information based on your consent, our legitimate institutional interests in communicating with stakeholders, and complying with applicable laws and carrier/industry requirements.


Sharing & Disclosure

Mobile opt-in information won't be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with:

  • Messaging Vendors, Carriers, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) to enable delivery and compliance of 10DLC campaigns.
  • Technology and security service providers under contract who process information on our behalf.
  • Governmental or regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or as otherwise required by law or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.


Your Rights

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also contact us via the methods in Section 10. After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help with the SMS Service.

Data Retention

We retain SMS-related information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accurate consent and opt-out records, meet legal, regulatory, audit, and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes.


Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect SMS information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Where appropriate, we may also notify you by SMS or other means.
