(11/11/21) Knowing how to appropriately market your product can make or break a successful business. Alessandro Holzapfel will walk you through the tools of the trade as well as resources available to get you started on the right path.

The Presenter:

Alessandro Holzapfel is an extension associate with the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center where he works within Seeds to Success - The Louisiana Farm to School Program. He has a background in agricultural economics and years of experience working with farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and other agricultural growers and producers throughout Louisiana. His professional interests revolve around improving the production and marketing efficiency as well as effectiveness of small- and medium-scale growers and producers. Holzapfel is also working towards a doctorate in agricultural and extension education and evaluation in the hopes to one day put this new knowledge and skill towards better assisting Louisiana's many growers and producers.
