Dr. Gillian Eggleston and Eldwin St. Cyr attended the Annual Meeting of the National Sweet Sorghum Producers and Processors Association (NSSPPA), held February 20–22, 2025, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Dr. Eggleston gave a 30-minute presentation on the quality of sweet sorghum syrups and served as a judge in the sweet sorghum syrup contest. Eldwin St. Cyr represented the Audubon Sugar Institute at the Expo, helping to staff the ASI booth and engage with attendees.
