The 2026 Central Region 4‑H Cookery Recipes booklet features 160 recipes submitted by 4‑H members from across Central Louisiana. Recipes highlight five commodities—beef, eggs, pecans, rice, and sweet potatoes—and represent the parishes of Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Evangeline, Grant, LaSalle, Pointe Coupee, Rapides, St. Landry, and Vernon. This collection showcases the creativity, cooking skills, and agricultural knowledge of Central Region 4‑H youth.
