4-H empowers young people to discover their strengths, develop valuable life skills, and make a positive impact in their communities through hands-on learning experiences. For more than 100 years, 4-H has helped youth from all backgrounds build confidence, explore interests, and grow as leaders while participating in engaging projects focused on agriculture, science, health, citizenship, and more. Supported by caring adult mentors, members gain real-world knowledge and leadership experience through school-based programs, after-school activities, community and school clubs, and 4-H camps offered across Louisiana, preparing them for success today and in the future.
